How to Put Someone Back on Message Request on Instagram:
Below ae the steps by following which you can easily restrict that person :
Step 1: Open the user’s chat whom you want to restrict the messages.
Step 2: Tap on the name at the top.
Step 3: Click on the three-dot button and tap on the Restrict.
By restricting the user , the affect will be immediate.
Important Points:
- The restricted cannot see your status of online and message read.
- You won’t be notified by the new comments of that user.
- You can see the new messages by going to the messages requests folder.
The restricted user can be unrestricted anytime:
- Step 1: Go to the user’s profile.
- Step 2: Tap on the three-dot icon.
- Step 3: Click on the Unrestrict option.
Or
- Step 1: Open the profile and the click on the three-bar icon.
- Step 2: Go to the restricted to view the list of the restricted user accounts.
- Step 3: Tap the Unrestrict for the user you want to un-restrict.
How to Put Someone Back on Message Request on Facebook Messenger:
You can also restrict the person or user on Facebook also:
Step 1: In Facebook messenger, open the user chat.
Step 2: Press the i icon at the top right corner or press the person’s name.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on the Restrict.
Important Points:
- Message can’t be sent to that user.
- The user cannot send you new messages or calls.
- Threads will be disappeared post restricting.
Un-restict the user in Facebook Messenger:
You can un-restrict the users by following the below steps:
Step 1: Tap on the three-bar icon in the Messenger .
Step 2: Press the Settings button.
Step 3: Go to the Privacy and Safety , followed by the restricted accounts.
Step 4: In the restricted accounts you will see all the restricted users.
Step 5: Tap on the respective user whom you want to unrestrict .
Step 6: Select on the i icon.
Step 7: Click on Unrestrict.
